Digital SLR cameras are more affordable than ever this holiday season.
In the digital photography advertisements for this year’s holiday season – which apparently began last summer – the main emphasis is on a type of camera known as a digital SLR, or dSLR for short. (If you watch much TV, you may have seen Hollywood hunk Ashton Kutcher hawking Nikon dSLRs, including the D60 model you see here. ) Just because dSLRs are all the rage, though, doesn’t necessarily mean that you should put one on your holiday wish list.
