Consolidating with FriendFeed - Creating Imaginary Friends

Tuesday, January 27th, 2009

Not everybody uses FriendFeed, but you can still keep track of their information as part of your FriendFeed account. To do so, you need to create an “imaginary friend.” Don’t worry - it’s not as sad or lonely as it sounds.

  • Log into your FriendFeed account.
  • Click the Friends link in the upper-right corner and select the Imaginary tab.

  • Click the service you want to add and enter the feed for that service.
You can always come back to this friend later and add or remove services.  That way, you can keep track of your friends even if they don’t use FriendFeed.
