Is there anyway to set up a new mailbox in 3G S to store email you want to save?

I don’t think so. I believe you have to create the new mailbox with your desktop mail program or Web browser. I suspect you could do it with mobile Safari if your mail provider offers a Web interface for managing your account but I haven’t actually tried it.
